InStill Mindfulness was founded as a nonprofit in Virginia in 2016. Founder and Executive Director, Jamie Reygle, was offering mindfulness-related training under the name “Life Support.” As the efforts grew, and a board of directors and advisory team partnered with the organization, so did the vision for cultivating mindfulness in Southwest Virginia and beyond. In October of 2016, we adopted the name InStill Mindfulness to better reflect our mission, services, and programs.
